Shipping & Care Information

Please note that all items are handmade using vintage and fine, delicate materials. Each piece is created with care and should be handled gently.

Garment Care

All clothing should be hand washed in cold water and laid flat to dry.
Due to the nature of the materials used, we recommend avoiding machine washing or drying.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Shipping Information

Processing Times

  • Ready to Ship (RTS) items ship within 1-3 business days.

  • Items that are not RTS will have processing times listed in the product description. These timeframes are estimates and meant as a guideline.

  • For custom orders and pre-orders, please carefully read the individual product listings for full details.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

  • U.S. orders are shipped via Chit Chats under CUSMA, and always include tracking.
    Please note that shipping under CUSMA can occasionally result in customs delays, which are outside of our control.

  • Canadian orders do not include tracking by default. Tracking is optional and must be purchased separately at checkout.

  • Orders under $100 within Canada or the U.S. do not include tracking unless it is added.

  • If tracking is not purchased, we are unable to locate or track your package once it has shipped.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Canada: approximately 1-2 weeks

  • United States: approximately 2-2.5 weeks

Please note:
If your U.S. package is held at customs, delivery may take up to 4–6 weeks. This timeframe is determined by customs and is not included in our standard shipping estimates.

Shipping Address

Orders are shipped to the address provided on your Shopify/PayPal account.
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Returns

If we have discussed and approved a return:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

  • Please obtain a tracking number for your return

  • Refunds will be issued once the item is received and confirmed to be in unused, new condition
